Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Olka Coach is a tool for youth soccer coaches: teams, players, matches, lineups and substitutions. This policy explains what data we handle and why. For any question write to veocorpcoach@gmail.com.

2. What data we handle

Your account: the name and email of your Google account when you sign in. Olka Coach never receives or stores your password.

What you enter: teams, seasons, players (first name, last name, number and up to three positions), matches, attendance, lineups, staff messages, the comments or ratings you send, and the Coach Dictionary phrases you mark as favorites.

Plans you choose to share: if you share a session or a play by link, a fixed copy (title, exercises, videos, plays and, if you want, your name) is published for anyone who has the link to open, without an account. It never includes team or player data, and you can turn the link off whenever you want. Videos from social networks only load when you tap them, and that network may store cookies in your browser.

Account origin and activation: the link you arrived by (utm_source and utm_campaign, if it had them) and whether you have created a play, played a real match or marked favorite phrases. It is kept in our own database, with no third-party tools, and we only see it as totals.

Usage analytics: only if you accept it (see section 4).

3. Children's data

Players are usually minors. Their data is entered by the coach or another responsible adult; minors don't have an account or use the app directly. Whoever enters that data is responsible for having the permission that applies (from the parents or guardians, or from their club or organization) under the rules of their country. We recommend entering only what is needed for coaching.

We don't use children's data for advertising or analytics, and we don't share it with third parties other than the providers in section 5. You can ask at any time for a player's data to be deleted.

4. Analytics (Google Analytics)

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to learn how the app is used: which pages are visited and which actions are taken (for example trying the demo, creating a team or starting a match), so we can improve it. Google uses cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to recognize the same browser.

We never send Google names, emails, player data, or team or opponent names; only counts and generic categories. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and GA4 does not store IP addresses.

If you decline, nothing from Google Analytics is loaded. You can change your choice below at any time.

5. Who we share data with

We use providers to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (hosting), Google (sign-in and, if you accept, Analytics) and Resend (staff invitation emails). We don't sell your data.

6. Retention and security

We keep your data while your account exists or as needed to provide the service; nothing important is deleted unless you ask, it is archived. Each team only sees its own data and communication is encrypted in transit.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data and your players' data, and withdraw your analytics consent at any time. Write to us at veocorpcoach@gmail.com.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with its date.
